Jason Soules
Partner and Managing Director
A Founding Member of EHS Partners, Jason is a Partner and Managing Director with over 30 years experience leading performance and strategic improvement projects for companies in the United States and abroad, across industries including banking, insurance, utilities and consumer packaged goods.
In addition to his client work, Jason spearheaded the development of our revenue enhancement approach and co-directs work on the development of our innovative financial and implementation planning systems.
Prior to starting EHS Partners, Jason was a member of the team at Tandon Capital Associates (TCA) that pioneered groundbreaking restructuring work in the early 1990s. He also co-instructed leadership training courses in the United Kingdom with renowned business author and professor, Richard Pascale.
Jason earned his BA in Economics and Government from Colby College.
